Our Board of Directors
In high school, he and a partner started Premier Sound & Event Services, LLC. They started as a contractor for school events and weddings. They grew the business by acquiring production equipment to do large scale events including concerts and festivals for thousands of people. Following the event business, Zach entered the luxury ground transportation business acquiring stretch limousines and traditional town cars. He built the business over several years and sold it to a major competitor.
Currently, he is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a hospitality, residential, commercial and golf club interior design firm. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife and two young children. Zach is an active member of the community, volunteering his time and sponsoring several charity events. Including the Phoenix Dream Center, ALS of Arizona and the Phoenix Art Museum. Zach attended Scottsdale Community College followed by the William P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Jim is the President and Founder of JCR Settlements. As a veteran of the structure settlement industry, he has had the opportunity to be involved in Federal and State cases throughout the United States. Prior to becoming a broker, Jim has held positions including: Risk Management Administrator for the City of Phoenix, Risk Manager for the State of Illinois, and Assistant Deputy Director for the Illinois Department of Insurance. In 1990, Jim founded the Arizona Public Risk Management (PRIMA) Chapter and was elected its founding president. Within the year he was elected nationally to PRIMA’s Board of Directors and served a two year term prior to be elected as PRIMA’s National President.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, an Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America.
Jim and his wife Connie have been married over 37 years. He has two Labradors that take up much of his free time, but when he is not with them… he is with his son riding his motorcycle.
In addition to the work she does here, Perla still volunteers her free time with community service organizations and animal rescue groups throughout Arizona.
